How can I report an issue with my order?
If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, LilPrinties offers a free replacement or refund if you submit an issue within 30 days of product delivery.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Please get in touch with our team using the Contact form.
Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.
There is a tolerance of 0.5'' for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
To report an issue with your order
Our team will respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive a reply via email and can also check for updates in your Requests page.
To speed up the resolution of the issue, please ensure that you provide the necessary photo or video evidence when submitting your request.
Note
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
